How do I place an order?

How do I pay for my order?
We accept payment via MasterCard, VISA, American Express, DISCOVER, PayPal, check or money order.
Do I get to see a "sample" before you print my order?
Yes, you will receive a proof of artwork or embroidery for approval via email. You are required to review all graphics, font style, and content spelling then submit for approval. Production printing will not begin on your order until we receive an artwork or embroidery approval from you.
How long does it take to receive my order? Can I expedite my order?
Most custom products are delivered in approximately three weeks during high peak season with the exception of the sublimation. Custom sublimation jersey tops may take up to 8 week starting from approval artwork to delivery. We offer rush service to expedite order with shipping in as little as two days business days on many products. Please e-mail or call us for availability of this service. If you have a specific date to have your product in hand, please provide us your expected delivery date.
In-stock, "blank" or "unprinted" products can typically be delivered with a few business days. Please note that products may have exceptions.
Order processing begins the next business day after the "blank" or "unprinted" product order is submitted. If the order requires artwork or embroidery approval, the processing time begins the next business day after the design or logo is approved in writing or via email. Any delays in approving final design will delay your order and a new delivery date will be given once approved. Orders will not be processed without the required deposit and signature.
Will you contact me after I place my order?
Yes, we will contact by phone and send you an e-mail confirmation if you place your order by e-mail or fax.
Do the prices of the products become lower when I buy larger quantities?
Yes, the more you buy the lower the price.

What kind of artwork files do you accept?
We accept many file formats: .png, .jpg, .tif, .gif or .bmp. Raster file formats that support transparency include .png, .gif and .tif. The transparent formats .png and .tif work best and the .png files are preferred. The .png files are the best choice for line art, clip art, drawings, logos, and other non--photo-realistic images. It is important to save file as a high-quality image because we can go down in size but not up, without losing image quality.
Please note that while these are the most common file types, we can work with just about any artwork that is provided to us .cdr (CorelDraw), .ai, (Adobe Illustrator), .eps, .wmf, .pdf (Adobe Acrobat), .psd (Adobe Photoshop), .tiff. We also accept Microsoft Word, Publisher, Power Point, and many others.
What is the recommended resolution for artwork?
For best results, we recommend the image file should be high resolution (300dpi, no more than 1400dpi) and no more than 5,000 x 5,000 pixels in image size
How do I get my artwork to you?
There are several ways to send artwork to us. (1) You can email your art directly to us at firstname.lastname@example.org (please keep the file size under 7 megabytes). (2) You can place your artwork on a FTP page and we can download it. (3) You can mail your artwork to us: 1st JMB Productions, 7007 Hallie Heights, Schertz, Texas 78154. If you are mailing your art to us, we accept artwork via USB flash drives (known as thumb drives): pen drives, key chain drives, key drives or memory stick; Memory cards: CompactFlash memory or a Secure Digital (SD) card; and/or Optical disc drives: CD's, and DVD’s.
I don't have a design and need assistance. Is there a charge to make a design for me?
It depends. We offer many free of charge artwork services that include: text only designs and custom designs from our logo design templates. If you want us to create a custom design for you based on your ideas or sketches, there may be a charge. You may call us at (210) 326-4306 or email us at email@example.com for further assistance.
Do you offer "infant" and "toddler" sizes?
Yes. We offer infant sizes 3-6 mos, 6-12 mos, 12-18 mos and 18-24 mos. For toddler sizes, we offer 2T, 3T, 4T, and 5/6T. Note: We also stock infant lap shoulder t-shirts in NB, 6mos, 12mos, and 18mos. In addition to infants, we offer the jersey t-shirt romper sizes 6mos, 12mos, 18mos, and 24mos. However, not all colors are available in these sizes.
Do you offer "youth" sizes?
Yes. We offer youth x-small (4), youth small (6/8), youth medium (10/12), youth large (14/16), and youth x-large (18/20).
Do you offer "ladies" sizes?
Yes. We offer ladies x-small (2), ladies small (4/6), ladies medium (8/10), ladies large (12/14), ladies x-large (16/18), ladies 2x-large (20/22), ladies 3x-large (24/26), ladies 4x-large (28/30), and ladies 5x-large (32/34).
Do you offer "adult" sizes?
Yes. We offer adult sizes x-small (32/34), adult small (35/37), adult medium (38/40), adult large (41/43), adult x-large (44/46), adult 2x-large (47/49), adult 3x-large (50/53), adult 4x-large (54/57), and adult 5x-large (58/60).
Do you offer 2X, 3X, 4X, 5X, etc. size shirts?

Do you have a t-shirt color chart?

Are your t-shirts iron-on transfers or screen printed?
We screen print all t-shirts with the exception of digital transfers for ("photo" and/or "digitally imaged") t-shirts.
If I reorder, do you keep my screens or artwork?
We may keep screens for one year. We keep your artwork on file up to 5 years.
Will the printing fade or shirt shrink after a few wash?
No. The printed image on screen printed t-shirts is very durable and holds up to many washings as they are directly printed onto the garment using plastisol ink. Digital photo transfers are not as long lasting as screen printed shirts. Further washing instructions:(1)Turn shirt inside-out, (2) Do not iron printed or embroidered areas, (3) To prevent shrinkage, tumble dry on low heat setting (4) Do not dryclean, (5) For best long lasting results, hang dry your shirt after wash.
